SubscriberI have done a 3D model with elements SOLID185 and SOLID46. As these elements do not have rotational DOFs I used MPC184 elements connected to the edge of the top plate to apply rotational displacement. Along with rotational displacement, I have to apply horizontal displacement as monotonic loading. Unable to retrieve nodal force at the top plate as MOnotonic loading instead it is giving cyclic loading. Exactly where do I need to find Nodal forces, is it on the top plate or at the master node?

Ansys EmployeeYou can get the reaction force (to the applied rotation and translation) using PRRS command in MAPDL. Is this what you are doing?

Subscriberyes sir, iam using this command only. Is there any problem in Applying MPC184 to edge nodes?
