I am trying to run an Ansys simulation with composites on an ACP pre. When I open the project it says files are missing, specifically "ACPCompositeDefinition.h5". I can't figure out how to fix this issue.

Hello,

I checked with the team and this issue is quite uncommon. What may be happening is:

• Another process is blocking the file so that ACP cannot regenerate it. For instance Mechanical or if a composite failure tool update is running or hanging
• Special characters or spaces in path and project name: If you are using a recent version of Ansys WB, then it is quite unlikely that this is the critical issue.
• There is an error in ACP. I would open ACP and check if you can update the model. If the update finished successfully, then call an update from WB (you can keep ACP open).
