ansys ACP. Stitching occurs during the design of composite materials.

I am a student majoring in aerospace propeller design. When I used the surface model in ANSYS ACP to design the composite material structure, after the "Solid Models" step, protrusions would appear at the tip of the propeller. I want to know what I should do to solve this problem.

      Thank you.

You may consider the actions below to address the issue.

      • Clean and refine the tip geometry and mesh.
      • Use the "Cut Off Geometry" feature to trim unwanted protrusions.
      • Adjust extrusion direction and boundary curves for solid model generation.
      • Enable and review shape checking for solid models.
      • Export boundary surfaces for further CAD-based modifications if necessary.

Also please refer to the guide/tips from Ansys documenation below.
