Hello, I attempted three times to install Ansys 2024 R1 on my computer and received this error. Could you please let me know what is the problem? my graphic card is up-to-date. We also have the required licenses.

Hello T,

Reinstall the application as administrator & delete configuration files:

1. 1. Uninstall Ansys package as administrator.
   2. Rename ‘ %temp%\.ansys’ to ‘‘ %temp%\.ansys.old’
   3. Rename ‘AppData\Roaming\Ansys’ to ‘AppData\Roaming\Ansys.old’
   4. Rename ‘Documents\Ansoft’ to ‘Documents\Ansoft.old’ ( if any)
      
   5. Reinstall as required Ansys package as an administrator

I'd suggest downloading the package again before installation.
