My university teacher has asked us to submit a project only in Ansys 15.0. There is no support of it on Ansys and we cannot replace the license to student version since Ansys 15.0 didn't had a student version.

Ansys doesn't provide this version anymore so is it okay to crack it. I don't see any other way

I'm no lawyer but sorry no, cracking software violates criminal and/or civil laws no matter the software version. The best option is for your teacher to download and use the latest Ansys Student version; please send them here: https://www.ansys.com/academic/students
