Ans.SceneGraphChart.SceneGraphAddin problem in ANSYS Workbench 2020R2

  I have already read all of prior discussions here in ANSYS Forum, however none of the suggested solutions worked for me.
  Everytime I try to install, uninstall and reinstall ANSYS 2020R2 version, but the same error message appears.

  Do you have pending Windows Updates that are to be installed?
  If so, can you install them?

  Hi Geo I have solved my problem restoring my PC. I created a backup due to importance of my old files.
  I know that's not the best solution, however I really had urgence.
  Thank you for the attention!
