another ansys job with the same job name (file) is already running in this

  Hello guys,
  
  This is my first time ever to install Ansys and for some reason I kept getting this error message" another ansys job with the same job name (file) is already running in this directory or the file.lock hasn't been deleted from Ansys run". I kept looking to delete this file but I didn't find it.
  
  Anyone has a solution?

  So I have delted the file "file.lock" now but there is another problem rising! attached a screen shot.
