Analysis Systems Missing in Toolbox in ANSYS Workbench

Hello,
I have installed Ansys Multiphysics 2023r2 for Windows 64 bit from my University's webstore. I also installed Ansys License Manager. I also registered my PC for using the Ansys license. After the installation and registration is done, when I open the Workbench, there are no Analysis systems under toolbox - so, I cannot open Fluent or any other thing. I have attached some screenshot from ANSYS Workbench and License manager here. Could anybody please help me with this problem.

First, the License Manager is not needed to be installed on your machine if the University has a running License Server. You will point your machine to the hostname of the License Server of the University.

What is the exact name of the University's License Server?
That is the hostname that you will fill into the Client Licensing Utility.

This is my univeristy's license server.
License server: ansys.webstore.illinois.edu Port: 1055
What do you mean by Client Licensing Utility?
Also, if I do not install the license manager, how will I point my machine to the host =name of the license server of the university.

I have the ANsys Licensing settings open. But where can I find "ANSYS Licensing Settings 2023 R2=Client Licensing Utility"
