Analysis setting- transient structural analysis

      Hello,


      After a transient thermal analysis I tried to perform a transient structural analysis. The total cooling time is 7000s. In the transient analysis I would like to see the total deformation, for example, over the cooling time. Ideally I would have a measurement every 100 seconds, but unfortunately I do not fully understand the parameters marked below. Is there perhaps an explanation or which time steps/load steps should I use for an ideal display.
