SubscriberThe mesh went well , but while generating the solution it says "~An unknown error occurred during solution. Check the solver Output on the solution Information object for possible causes~". This is for the analysis of a fsae car. Do u have any suggestions regarding the method of analysis , how to proceed further , etc? -

Ansys Employee,nThere may be multiple reasons for this error message. Please check the solution information and tell us what kind of warnings and error messages you see. Also, I would suggest you replace the damper with the standard spring element in ANSYS and make sure that all the joint and connection are correctly defined by doing a rigid body dynamics analysis first(make all bodies rigid) and then move to transient. nRegards,nIshan.n -

SubscriberThank you @1shannI have replaced the damper with the standard spring element in Ansys and run the solution in Rigid body dynamics analysis. It was successfully solved without any error then I moved to Transient analysis where I am still getting some errors Text: nThe solver engine was unable to converge on a solution for the nonlinear problem as constrained,n An unconverged solution(identified as a subset 999999 is output for analysis debug purpose.
