SubscriberI'm doing a non-linear thermodynamic  simulation of a combustion chamber. The structure of the parts on the top and side is the same, each side contains an external flange, bolts, an outer gasket (in contact with the outer side of the glass and the flange and the box), two intermediate sealing rings (with the side and Cabinet contact), an internal gasket (contact with the inside of the glass and the cabinet). Here's the exploded view and there was an error I can't deal with it during solution:

(An internal solution magnitude limit was exceeded. (Node Number 81485, Body 0000419262_FP_SEAL_IN_TOP.stp 000419262_FP_SEAL_IN_TOP.stp, DOF UX) Please check your Environment for inappropriate load values or insufficient supports. You may select the offending object and/or geometry via RMB on this warning in the Messages window. Please see the Troubleshooting section of the Help System for more information.)

Right-clicking on the message "go to obiect" will show the problem parts, as this image shown
According to the information on the Internet, it seems that there is a problem with the grid or contact. I set the grid elements of the contact surface to the same size, but the problem is not solved. And here's my setting about the internal top gasket :
Steady-state thermal has no problem. Here's my static structrual analysis settings:
Besides, this case spent more than 8 hours calculating,Is it too long?
Thanks so much for your help~

SubscriberThis error is mostly related to Contact between bodies or not enough constrains.
Recommendation: use current setting for a Modal analysis. When retrieve results, you will see if constrains or Contact were loss (frequency ~ 0) and where the error occurred.
