An error occurred while starting the solver module

  Hi Friends,
  I faced a very difficult challenge in my work
  For some time now, I want to analyze the model I drew in the Ansys (static structural) software. All the items are correct, it even runs on my friends' systems, but on my system, the solver gives an error. The error is:
  "An error occurred while starting the solver module. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the ANSYS Mechanical User Guide for more information."
  I even changed my Windows from 11 to 10, but it gave the same error again. I even upgraded my Ansys version from 20 to 21, but still the same error. I'm really confused and I don't know where the problem comes from. I checked lots of web sites but no response and solution.
  Please help me anything you know about hardware or software problems. The system had enough space to solve it and used to solve it, but I don't know why it doesn't do it now.
