We usually have to look at the model and contact a developer when we see this error message. If you are a commercial customer, please create a support case on the Ansys Customer Support Space (ACSS):
customer.ansys.com
Note that Ansys employees are not allowed to upload and download files on the Ansys Forum. You can still post your model and another user may be able to help you.
