Hi, I'm running a case in AEDT Icepak and is now stuck at "Writing solver input" stage.

I gave it few days to see if there's any progress but none so far. I'm running the case with the setup of two machines, 8 tasks and 64 cores allocated each.

May I have any suggestion on how to move beyond the stage?

Hi, how do I file a ticket? Also, by any chance are you aware of any general reason for the abrupt termination of solver while running AEDT Icepak once it reaches to ‘Writing Coupling Section Journal file’? The program simply fails to run the solver after the step.

Also experiencing "Com Engine non-responsive" error or "Solver initialization failed". Could there be a sharing factor that causes all the problems?
