The new email cedric.bonnigal@starrag.com does not seem to be registered, please can you ask them to register. I will then add the new email address as the admin.

Due to incomplete information of the customer, I am not able to add the customer email address as admin. Please can you ask them to complete the remaining details.
Please ask them to go to https://myaccount.ansys.com sign in and update their information in their profile settings. Use Edit Profile in the menu in the top right corner to update the information.
