Admin account disappeared?

      Dear, Last week I did an installation for Ansys Discovery, with activation of the license. Also on the myaccount.Ansys all was in order, we activated admin account, second tab was available. I manually linked the license to one pc, and it worked out. Sc worked well, we imported settings etc.   Now, when we got myaccount.anys it doesn't show tab admin anymore. Also unable to find active license file (Discovery license manager: on floating , check ) I refreshed, nothing. I deactivated + re-activated (manually through cmd ), nothing. I have added picture of cmd, also with the device. What can I do?

      Could you please share the customer ID of the concerned account and the email address of the admin user? You can send these details to ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com

      The concerned user has been made admin. He should now be able to access the admin page for managing subscriptions.
