SubscriberDear, Last week I did an installation for Ansys Discovery, with activation of the license. Also on the myaccount.Ansys all was in order, we activated admin account, second tab was available. I manually linked the license to one pc, and it worked out. Sc worked well, we imported settings etc. Â Now, when we got myaccount.anys it doesn't show tab admin anymore. Also unable to find active license file (Discovery license manager: on floating , check ) I refreshed, nothing. I deactivated + re-activated (manually through cmd ), nothing. I have added picture of cmd, also with the device. What can I do?

The concerned user has been made admin. He should now be able to access the admin page for managing subscriptions.
