Adding transparent conductor oxide

  Hi, I am trying to add transparent conductor oxide such as aluminium-doped zinc oxide(AZO) as a new material in HEAT. I can't find out the thermal and electronic details for the AZO. what is the other way to construct such a new material? The doping concentration should also be considered as well. What should I do? Please help!!!

  Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, there is not a workaround rather than finding the thermal and electronic properties and import them into the material explorer.
