Thank you so much Ashish for this link. Actually, I was trying to add the GaN systems' GS66516T GaN devices but failed to add the Gallium Nitride material as die materials. Could you please help me with any email ID that I could use to send the component details to the Sherlock Librarian to request them to add these GaN packages?

Hello Khandaker,
Thank you for the question.
- Add the GaN material to the Library in Sherlock.Â
- Libraries>Materials
- Right click>Add Material
- Make sure to check "DIE" in useage
- Add the GaN material to the Library in Sherlock.Â

Thank you all for your comments. Hello gsharon, yes I tried this but I was confused about the Material class as there are only 3 options availabe for it, alloy, ceramic and polymer. Would you please help me to select one option among these three for Gallium nitride?
