adding a porous zone in an electroplating application

I am modeling electroplating in Fluent, and I want to add a porous zone. I do not want this porouz zone to have any chemical reaction, but apparently Fluent does not allow that and I have to select a reaction mechanism from the reaction tab.

The purpose of this porous zone is to guide cations only in one direction.

I am getting this warning when trying to set up the problem.

Note: Surface echem reaction model is not compatible with the porous echem dual potential model. Please use only one type reaction.

Any help on how to model that is greatly appreciated.

      Thanks,
