Hi SpaceClaim Support,

 

I am using SpaceClaim 2020 R2 and its ACT Addin cannot be loaded (see that attached image). I would like to use it to install some custom ACTs.

Did you encounter any error while installing SpaceClaim? Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the software and see if that helps to resolve the issue? While installing, please ensure that you have first unzipped the installation files and you run the setup.exe in administrative mode.

I installed the software with Administrative right. I will try again and let you know then.

I uninstalled and clean installed the software again with Administrative right. However, it does not fix the issue.

I removed the software and reinstalled it with Admin right. Here are the log files.

Are you still seeing the ACT issue with the new install?  Have you tried deleting the %APPDATA%Ansysv202 and v211 directories?

Matt Madore I still have the ACT issue. I did not delete  %APPDATA%Ansysv202 and v211 directories. Should I delete them before or after installation?
