The first two errors are the errors i get while i run acp pre, i am trying to make a composite material of graphene and alumiunm alloy. And the third error is the error from when i run the same model on strutural analysis. can anyone please tell me what i am doing wrong or what have i missed, i have changed the materials on the compsite and i still get the same error. i have also checked the model for contact problem and i can't find any. i think the first error is related to the last two error.

Rosettes are used to define the fiber direction ( X direction for material)
Oriented selected set is used to define the normal direction (material Z direction).Â
Regarding the first message in ACP: You have defined oriented selection set on a surface, But the point selected to define the normal direction is not on the surface. If you have disconnected surface mesh, consider defining separate OSS for each surfaceÂ
Second error message in ACP also refers to sae issue - disconnected surface mesh. You can use separate oss and also if needed, create separate solid models
In ACP make sure you have the correct unit system. Check the size of the solid model and make sure it is correct. Make sure the material properties are defined correctly in the selected unit system
