Hello Altruits,
I wanted to measure the bending stress and the maxi. bending stress of the sandwich beam. But in Ansys, I can't select the geometry when I select solution>insert>stress>bending. The beam tool is also grey from where I thought I would be able to calculate max. bending stress. Could you please help me how I can calculate max. bending stress and bending stress of the beam in ansys?

Hi raihan57
It looks like this is a 3D model and mesh of a beam shape and not an model that uses beam elements. Could you please confirm the modeling method used.
The Beam tools are specific to Beam Elements.
