How can I get the noise in Decibels in a pipe in Ansys, Harmonic Acistic, because the values I get are very high and I do not know if it is reliable, good day.

Fluent provides a few options for modeling areoacoustics: Chapter 22: Predicting Aerodynamically Generated Noise (ansys.com)
For internal flow, a scale-resolving simulation is required with high spatial and temporal resolution to resolve for the pressure fluctuations.
