After incorporating a solder mask into my design in accordance with Ansys guidelines, it displays some ACIS errors but continues to run the simulation. Is it causing any problems, and if so, how can I solve them?

Please provide more details to help us serve you better - which version and design type is used, which guidelines you are referring to.

It is hard to comment on the correctness of the results. Did you observe any difference in results between the models with and without the solder mass thickness?
