Acces to Customer Support Space

      Dear Ansys,

      How do you access the Customer Support Space?

      In this case through our account from AESC (paul@aesc.nl) we also do not have access and get the following message (see screenshot)

      How do we get access to this and do all customers have access to this as well?

      If you're supported by a Channel Partner they should be able to answer any questions and resolve this. They're also responsible for answering your technical questions: I (and colleagues) would assist them should they need additional assistance.

      How and when is a customer supported by a Channel Partner? We as resellers aren't able to ask by the Customer Support Space?

      I don't quite understand your answer, what exactly does Channel Partner entail and with what kind of maintenance contract / license is it included?

      Yes Indeed, AESC in the Netherlands.

      OK, I've prodded a variety of people and you should hear late next week: it's an Admin process that needs resolving.
