Forum ModeratorIf you're supported by a Channel Partner they should be able to answer any questions and resolve this. They're also responsible for answering your technical questions: I (and colleagues) would assist them should they need additional assistance.Â

I don't quite understand your answer, what exactly does Channel Partner entail and with what kind of maintenance contract / license is it included?
