About thermal electric analysis

      Hello,


      I run thermal electric analysis of ansys,and usually error message are showed,


      An internal solution magnitude limit was exceeded.Please check your Environment for inappropriate load values or insufficient supports. You may select the offending object and/or geometry via RMB on this warning in the Messages window. Please see the Troubleshooting section of the Help System for more information.




      I try to search error message,but that fix method don't help me.


      How can I do? Thanks!

      Thanks for putting in large images: makes it much easier to read!


      I suspect you've either added too high a force/expansion coefficient to a component or it's not fastened to anything: check what's holding the model together.

      About material coefficient, I reference two websites.

      The model analysis setting is default,ex: contacts are bonded, mesh setting are standard mechanical.
