Abnormality In My Meshing

  Hi friends,
  
  I have chosen simple geometry for the meshing as shown in the figure. I choose the fine meshing selection still I have this abnormality.
  
  Can anyone explain how can I get rid of it. ?

  first of all upgrade to latest version 2020R1.
