A capacitor model with Mesh Fusion fails

      Hello,
      With ANSYS HFSS 2023 R1, I made a capacitor model with 9 aluminum boxes and 8 dielectric boxes ( but parameters are changed for permittivities and conductivities).
      Next, this component was Mesh Fusioned as follows:


      After executing, I plotted two impedances. For without Mesh Fusion one, it seems good, but for Mesh Fusion, resonance point does not shown, and frequency characteristics not seem to be good.
      This problem that occurs only after Mesh Fusion have not occured for other components for me ( for example, helical coil, toroidal coil, etcs,,,). 




      Profiles shows this capacitor was meshed with Phi mesher, while other Mesh Fusion components that works good are meshed with Tau mesher( not shown here). Perhaps this component is only made of boxes so, this might have something to do with Phi mesher.
      I am appreciate for any advices for the cause of this problem and how to fix it.
