你需要用合适的偶极子在合适的位置,可能还需要很细的网格因为文献结果很光滑,因此需要很强的计算机配置。此外这个材料还是各向异性的吧?文献是按2D材料还是3D材料仿真的?你可能还需要再花时间理解文献的说明。March 24, 2022 at 6:56 amwangxueliSubscriber您好,老师,上个问题没有仔细描述问题,我想得到文章图4d中的结果。我按照文献中的材料参数进行计算后导入到FDTD中,MoO3在文献中按3D各向异性材料进行仿真的,我利用频率为910cm-1偶极子光源在材料上表面100nm处进行激发,得到的图|EZ|,但是与文章仿真结果不同。所以我的问题有两个:
1.由于文章中对仿真说明不够详细,所以我想请问老师对于这种二维材料近场干涉图该如何仿真?有没有相关案例可以参考呢。
2.由于近场实验中s-SNOM的针尖在不断移动中扫描样品得到干涉图,那在仿真中是否也需要偶极子光源移动才能得到类似的结果呢?
