不过,我感觉这个参杂比较低,可能对光学性质影响不大,个人估计不用掺杂对光学结果不会有较大影响。
需要注意:有的层非常薄,可能需要用另外的OVERRIDE实现细网格。
Fraction对电学仿真影响大,对光学仿真,仅需要其折射率或介电常数。

July 13, 2021 at 10:44 amw199811Subscriber谢谢您的耐心回答,我还有一个问题就是,如上图所示我其中的有些layer需要重复35次来组成一个完整layer,请问在lumercial里有简单办法来建模吗,还是说只能像正常一样一层一层的建立?我曾尝试使用fdtd里的stack来组成我所描述的这种重复35次来组成的整体layer,但是好像在设置中并不能像定位rectangle一样去定位它的坐标与位置。 烦请老师不吝赐教,谢谢!

用脚本设置每一个Rectangle的坐标位置和长宽高。你先用脚本测试一下,猜测不能解决问题。相关的脚本命令参见 Ansys Insight: 几个简单实用的脚本Script命令:用于设置
