Subscriber老师,您好,请问为什么 在OLED仿真中偶极子位置设置3个扫描即可,然而在MicroLED中却要设置11个位置的扫描,按理来说他们都是LED,请问这背后的物理机制是什么?

Ansys Employee这个要取决于里面的微结构的周期性。 如果没有微结构而是薄膜,在厚度方向上变几个位置就可以,最少三个;如果是有周期性结构,比如六角形的光子晶体,我们只需要在光子晶体一个周期内区一些特殊点就可以。网上的例子已经是用最少的空间点来扫描仿真了。原则上说点越多越好,但是仿真效率或者速度就降低了,所有仿真精度和效率总不能兼得。
