Subscriber您好!想问一下,如果被测三维结构是一个单沟槽结构,在x方向上关于y轴对称但非周期性、在y方向上沟槽无限延伸,所采用的光源为高斯光源(薄透镜法),那么在设置边界条件时,只能x、y、z方向都设置为PML边界条件吗?能否在x、y方向上设置(反)对称边界条件呢??如图所示:

A: 根据你的描述,只能如此, 虽然与器件不符,但是必须满足光源的性质要求。因为实际薄透镜光源仅照明器件的一部分,所以是有限尺寸,因此要有PML。
Q:能否在x、y方向上设置(反)对称边界条件呢?
A: 只要器件和光源有这种性质,没有问题。
