Subscriber老师,您好,我在仿真三五族波导时,将波导端面倾斜,计算斜端面的透射率与反射率,但是仿真结果发现,随着倾斜角度的增加,透射率单调递减,反射率单调递增,按理来说,7-10°透射率应该是很大的。我的波长是1.55um,边界条件都是PML,光源是mode source,波导宽度2um,仿真区域宽度20um,高度20um,长度15um

Ansys Employee“按理来说,7-10°透射率应该是很大的”是很大还是peak?单调下降比较合理吧。 能检查的地方是: 1:确保模式光源没有被截断 2:查看透射率监视器近场,看看边缘上场是否很小?再看看远场发散角多大,是不是仿真区不够宽?这种单反射面的仿真一般不会有什么问题。你也可以用宽谱看看是否有谐振?如果有的话就是PML反射了,需要修改调整: Ansys Insight: 修改PML哪些参数可以有效抑制FDTD发散 Ansys Insight: FDTD算法中pml的类型和选择 Ansys Insight: 如何放置PML,到底应该离开物体多远才合适? 如果没有特意调整仿真时间,应该没有问题,除非你将仿真时间设置太短了。Viewing 1 reply thread- The topic ‘仿真波导斜端面的反射率’ is closed to new replies.
