Subscriber在学校的云计算平台上可以跑仿真(run simulation),学校平台的作业代码里,最后跑仿真的执行代码如下:
srun --mpi=pmi2 /lustre/home/acct-umjyt/umjyt/Co/Lumerical-2020-R2.2-2443-d7cb44e0b0/rpm_install_files/opt/lumerical/v202/bin/fdtd-engine-impi-lcl --mca opal_warn_on_missing_libcuda 0 -logall sweep_AR_coating_example.fsp
目前需要进行参数最优化,也希望能在云计算平台上进行。目前我是使用Creating optimization tasks using a– Lumerical Support说明里的文件sweep_AR_coating_example.fsp进行尝试,在这个文件里输入“runsweep("thickness_optimization");”代码即可执行参数最优化操作,但是如果直接放到云计算平台的作业代码里,似乎无法识别此代码。FDTD仿真软件是安装在学校云计算平台的linux系统上的
于是我增加了一个“optiscript.lsf”的文件,里面只写了“runsweep("thickness_optimization");”一行代码,并且按照Running simulations using terminal in Linux – Lumerical Support说明里的将lsf文件与fsp文件一同运行,结果还是不行。此时代码如下
srun --mpi=pmi2 /lustre/home/acct-umjyt/umjyt/Co/Lumerical-2020-R2.2-2443-d7cb44e0b0/rpm_install_files/opt/lumerical/v202/bin/fdtd-engine-impi-lcl --mca opal_warn_on_missing_libcuda 0 -logall -nw -trust-script -run optiscript.lsf sweep_AR_coating_example.fsp
