I have been following the Ansys tutorial video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYjHfIwdhfA to predict the flutter performance of a 3D finite composite wing. The simulation consisits of Ansys ACP, steady-state CFD (CFX), pre-loaded modal analysis and transient (CFX). The idea is basically to import the mode displacement to CFX and check the sign of wall work density so the flutter prediction can be performed. However, no matter how I changed the parameters, including geometry, flow speed, etc., the wall work density is always positive, which is impossible and clearly problematic. I hope someone can help me troubleshoot my workflow.Â

yes that's odd. What does Wall Work Density.Trnavg look like? Can you share the .def and the modeshape .csv?
