SubscriberHello evryone
Hope you are doing well and safe
Â
I have a small issue about importing geometry into ICEM CFD for mesh
Â
As you can see in the picture i ve created the 3D Blade in solidworks than imported the Geometry into Design Modeler and made a cylindre around the blade. after that , using the boolean operations i substracted the blad from the cylindre to get the Fluid Domain only and as you can see from the pictures (1+2) (lateral surface of the cylindre is hidden ) that the blade surface is perfectly fine .BUT when i Move to icem CFD and open i ve noticed that the blade surface is not Correct (picture3) (missing peaces for some uknown reason ).
Â
Does anyone know what is the problem and how Can i Resolve this issue ?
Â
Thank you All -

Ansys Employeeplease split that surface at 5-6 locations. this will allow more curves on the surface.Â
