2D geometry exploding to 3D

  Hello,
  
  I am doing a 2D heat sink analysis. I did chose the 2D option before building my model. But when I solve, the geometry explodes into 3D.
  
  Could you please suggest a solution.

  That may be visualisation: Meshing also does this with 2d geometry.

  Click on the Z axis of the triad in the lower right corner and the view will square up.
