2D flow simulation

      Hello,

I'm trying to simulate a closed-loop heat pipe. I was wondering if this type of simulation can be done in 2D using axisymmetric model or something like that to reduce computation time.

This is the type of model that I'm looking to build. Can this be done using a 2D mesh? If so can someone please guide me how I would proceed?

yes, you can use axis symmetric model for this case.

Do you happen to know how? How would I make an axisymmetric model for the bends?

You can create a 2D surface and mesh it in SpaceClaim.

        Thanks. I'll look into it.
