Once you enroll for the trial license , it should appear on your Discovery account page. You can access the account page using below link:

https://myaccount.ansys.com/mysubscriptions

To activate the trial license, you need to launch SpaceClaim or Discovery and enter your Discovery account credentials which will activate the trial license on your machine.
