I don't any active devices for your Ansys Discovery Modeling (Named User License). Can you please activate the license using your login credentials.

If that doesn't work, please try activating the license using command prompt and then try launching the application.

Please refer Discovery Subscription license - Command line options for instructions on activating licenses through command line.
