The error in the log file simply says the file failed to import and it shows the file path. Have you tried moving the file to a local directory? It appears from the log file that the STEP file is located on a network drive (W:). While importing, SpaceClaim often creates a temporary file. It's possible that the temporary file is being blocked and therefore the import is failing.Â
