The best way to learn ANSYS is by using it on a problem where you know the correct answer, that way it is easy to know if you have made a mistake. There are many tutorials listed in the Tutorial section of this site, and there is a link to an entire course, see the Enroll Now button at the top of this page. You can also find a lot of examples on YouTube.
