I noticed that the model works only if the time of moving heat source is 20 sec at 8 mm/s velocity but fails for 40 sec.

The radius of cylinder is 50.8mm which gives circumference to be 319.18 mm and dividing by 8 mm/s to get time of 40 sec. 
But it fails at 40 seconds 
Please help
