Hey,

Since you have not provided info on the setup. There could be errors in setup as well and not just with your material definition. I would suggest you to look for a close example related to SPH and understand the process and then recreate it for your problem.

SPH — Welcome to LS-DYNA Examples The link consists various examples for SPH capabilities do check them out. In the same link find examples for setup which use johnson cook material model and check whether you have used all necessary keywords to define the material properly.
