Hi, you are not permitted to close off an internal volume by places walls on all its faces. There is then nothing to connect the two regions. You may as well create two separate meshes and run as two separate cases since nothing about the pressure/velocity solution in the exterior volume will have any effect on the interior volume. In Ansys meshing you can supress a solid with a right mouse click over the solid in the tree and the mesher will then not create a mesh for that solid.
