Hi,

Since the error is from GUI exe (lstclmui.exe), it is suggested generating the server info file using the engine exe. Please open a command terminal and run the following command to generate server info: .\lstclm.exe info

This command will dump the info file needed to generate a new license file. This is a workaround. The assertion error is a windows issue, for which there might not be a solution at this point. It is not necessary to use the GUI; everything can be done using commands through the terminal.
