May I ask you wether you have gone through our help page: The Tolerance Tab » Tolerancing Group » Tolerance Data Editor » Tolerance Control Operands » General Comments About Min & Max Values on Compensators? I believe you might find the reason why the min/max values are violated there. That being said, if you have further question on this topic feel free to come back!
