Hmm I'm not seeing that option. Here is what I'm seeing: 

Maybe I can look in another menu for the under-relaxation option, but it looks like "relaxation method", "high-order-term-relaxation", and "pseudo-relaxation" all lack the option to change the pressure-momentum relaxation factors...

This is the page showing the factors in the GUI, but I would prefer to change the relaxation factors through a text command.
