Are there any other error messages in the Output window? What kind of structure are you analysing - are you able to share a screenshot?

CALSSB is part of the code which runs the Shear Force/Bending Moment (SF/BM) calculations. In Aqwa Workbench, these calculations are turned on by default. If you are not interested in SF/BM results, you can turn the calculation off by clicking on the Part in the Outline tree, then scrolling to the bottom of the Details panel, and setting 'Calculate Shear Force/Bending Moment' to 'No'.
